I love the doctors and their care but it is often too distressing calling in as a patient with mental health issues. This is often due to the receptionists abrupt communication, and clear lack of compassion or simply courtesy when it comes to explaining gp policies. A little empathy would be nice, or is that too much to ask? There have been too many occasions where I have felt close to tears having called in.
