After waiting a week for a chest infection to clear, but which was steadily getting worse, I decided it was time to seek medical help. I contacted the practice through the online contact form, less than two hours later I had a call, and was seen an hour after that. All in all, an excellent system that works. In thirty eight years of being with the practice I have never found them to be anything but courteous, professional and caring. I’ve never had a bad experience in all my time with them. Please treat them with respect.
