the system is convoluted now. I would think that a 10 minute straight forward appt (as in times past) takes far less time and admin resources than today's system. Feels more like regression!
Suggested improvements
I'm grateful that I was able to see a very lovely doctor, grateful for the services provided, and apart from the above comments I have no complaints.
I was invited via text today to give a feedback but there seems to be an error in the system, so I hope this replaces!
