Getting an appointment in this surgery has become a joke! You recently played apart in my 16 year old son losing his 1st summer job because you wouldn't see him when he needed you. Mental health doesn't just stop being a problem until you can squeeze someone in!
Suggested improvements
Sort your surgery out and stop making the community feel like you have no time to see them or their not an emergency. Your turn around times for appointments is so bad that you impact people's lives. Really wrong and something should be done about you.
