HAVE TO LISTEN TO LONG MESSAGES EVERY TIME YOU PHONE[PRE COVID]

AFTER BEING WITH THIS PRACTICE SINCE 1952 WE MOVED HOUSE. THIS MEANT WE MOVED FROM BEING 2.3 MILES FROM THE PRACTICE TO 2.5 MILES FROM THE PRACTICE WHEN WE NOTIFIED THE PRACTICE WE RECEIVED A LETTER TELLING US TO FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE,NO REASON GIVEN EXCEPT TO SAY THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE US WITH A FULL SERVICE,I FAIL TO SEE HOW MOVING ABOUT 300 METRES WOULD MAKE THIS HAPPEN.DESPITE ASKING IF WE COULD BE INCLUDED AS OUT OF AREA PATIENTS AND NOT REQUIRING HOME VISITS WE HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR AN ANSWER WHICH ENDED UP WITH A NO OVER THE PHONE,STILL NO TRUE GIVEN,WHAT A CAREING PRACTICE THIS HAS BECOME
