HAVE TO LISTEN TO LONG MESSAGES EVERY TIME YOU PHONE[PRE COVID]
This is a very new surgery. We can make appointments on line or by telephone and the Surgery has really improved the telephone service over the past 3 months. The doctor I saw took great care and acted very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Practice.
It is generally very hard to get through on the telephones so online management of your own appointments will be a welcome addition. Though friendlier than most, organisation is rather lacking, test results go missing and prescriptions often go missing for me, I once ended up with someone else's. Ongoing checks of my condition are also left for me to arrange, there are no letters sent to prompt for yearly reviews as NHS recommends (and other GP's readily provide). The standard of care from the GP's is good however.
