Only been with the surgery for less than 6 months but find them so unhelpful will be finding a new surgery as reception are so unhelpful seems to be a surgery that helps the people who do not work as unable to accommodate working people.

The doctor I saw at the fracture clinic remarked that the GP who referred me was very vigilant as many are not so.

Cleanliness of waiting area, nice now there is a radio. Doctors friendly - I never feel rushed. Getting an appointment is difficult often waiting over a week. Unfortunately some of the receptionist can be very abrupt on the phone.
