I have always found the surgery to be helpful and they will try to help with any question you have. I am reluctant to move from the area because they are so reliable and put their patients first. Sometimes there is a wait to see the Dr, but I would never say this is a problem as it shows the Drs care enough to listen and give the patient the time they need. as my healthcare is a large part of my life, I find it incredibly comforting and reassuring to have the moat house surgery as a first point of call if I have a problem I need help with. Thank you for treating patients as human beings and not just numbers.
