The Moat House Surgery is exceptional. The triage system for emergency appointments is superb. I think the receptionists when you book to make an appointment are always helpful and friendly and the same when your at the front desk. I've had contact with most of the gp's over the years and cannot rate them highly enough. A great example of how GP surgeries should be run.

Upon arriving at the surgery I was immediately impressed by the calm and efficiency shown by both receptionists. I was here at Moot Hse for a BP check and all is OK.
