I have literally just come off the phone with the receptionist who giggled when she admitted they should have appointments set up for 4 weeks time but they don't. Their appointment system is a disgrace. It's bad enough to be a patient that needs to have regular blood pressure and blood tests but to also then have to scramble to book an appointment that doesn't require taking time off work, because they only do them four weeks in advance. Awful service.
