Regularly run significantly behind on appointments with no communication to those of us waiting in waiting room. A white board in reception seating area would be useful that could be updated with the current waiting times for all of the docs/nurses/midwife etc. This way you manage patient expectations from start of their experience and it saves us getting grumpy and fed up
