As an asthmatic, I found myself in need of advice and unexpectedly out of medication. When I called my provider, Tow Law Surgery, a satellite of The Medical Group, I was told I could not speak to anyone for a week. I called Meadowfield many times but never got an answer. I called Tow Law again and asked for a referral to A & E. I was told I could not attend A & E, so I called NHS 111. No answer. I wrote to the NHS to complain and requested a call back. No answer.  While I am sure that not all of the staff are culpable, judging by the similar experiences of friends and family and previous difficulties contacting the Medical Group, I can only conclude that they are perhaps too busy making Tik Tok video's to pay attention to either the telephone or the needs of patients. Tired of the same lame worn out excuse 'Corona Virus' and hoping I do not have an attack in the meantime, I have asked a friend to post the medication I need from Spain.
