Just rang the practise to enquire about evening appointments which are no longer available to book online. Spoke to a lady called Janet who was very sarcastic and had very poor customer service skills. The other staff are fantastic but as the reception staff are often the first people you speak to, it is important that they treat you with respect which was lacking today
