I have had to visit the Durrington Health Centre a few times lately to accompany patients. I could not believe how run down and dirty it is. In addition the reception staff seemed totally disinterested in helping patients. I overheard one chatting to a family member on the phone and another was touching up their makeup! I am grateful that this is not my surgery. I don't know about the medical house but the front of house impression is appalling .
