I have been diagnosed with Gall stones (A year ago in fact). Lately, they have been causing me a great deal of pain and distress. I have decided it's time to take action and all I want to do is speak to my doctor on the phone to ask them to put me on the waiting list for a removal as has been discussed previously. I can't get past the receptionists! They insist that I have to have an appointment, which I can't get for another month!! All it would take is a two minute phone call with my doctor. I don't need assessing, I've been through all that. It is so frustrating and actually quite upsetting as I now live in fear of the next attack. The last one had me vomiting all day as well as the usual pain.
