I Have Been A Patient With The Manor Practice Since The Early 80s, The Doctors, The Nurse Practitioners, The Nurses and The Receptionists Are All Dedicated To The Care And Wellbeing Of ALL Their Patients The Families Of Patients And By Extension Their Patients Children! The Service Provided is Exemplary, And one Hopes That Their Example Can Be Expressed As The Best Practice..... Appointments Are Able To Be Booked 1 Month In Advance, The Receptionists Provide Us With A Calm And Efficient Service, And The Whole Practice Make Us Feel Welcome!! Their Is very Little that They Could Do To Improve Their Service, Which Is Why Out Of 10 Stars I Feel That We Would All Award Them 20 Stars * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

In my opinion the care ,from top down is excellent , professional and caring ,always putting patient first . When necessary ,being seen immediately . We would find it difficulty to improve on our surgery or people who care for us.

Had a fall just before Easter this year, brick steps did their best to reshape my left knee, lots of skin missing two deep cuts, came to see your terrific nurse team week after Easter and over the next five weeks saw four of the team for dressing and TLC Sue removed the last dressing last Tuesday all now mended thanks to them. Many thanks to Paula, Anna, Lisa and Sue for their care and professional attention. With Dr Thomas and the reception and nursing teams I always feel that patients matter, thank you all so much.

I really would not recommend this GP surgery for anyone with long-term health conditions. I am constantly being left to suffer in pain and have recently been told it’s “all in my head”. Livid and horrified is an understatement.

I suffer from UTIs quite often, I have been referred to the hospital for scans on my kidneys and the doctors are fully aware of my situation. After phoning the doctor trying to get an appointment and failing, being told to just drop in a sample and somebody will come back to me, I heard nothing. My condition got extremely worse over the weekend resulting in my hardly being able to move, sleeping all the time my eyes were swollen. I took it apon myself to go to the walk in centre by Brighton station who saw me within 20 minutes told me there was a definite infection there and prescribed me with antibiotics. I will be moving GP as I am outraged after all my medical notes this wasnt seen as a priority and I was left to develop more symptoms.i would like this to be raised as an official complaint as I fear for anybody else who may experience the same treatment.
