I have been with this practice since 1988, first as a patient of Dr Adams and then Dr Huddart. I have seen Dr Dwamena once and Dr Asubiaro a number of times over the last two years since I was unlucky enough to acquire a long term condition. It seems to be a very busy practice and I think they cope as best they can. Dr Asubiaro is very kind, caring, professional and attentive and I now always make sure to book my appointments with him. I use the online booking facility and am about to find out about the electronic repeat prescription service so I can use that too. Some friends have advised that they are able to get their blood test results online and it would be great if the surgery could make this available to patients too. Hopefully this is something that is coming soon.

Receptionists are rude and not well mannered. Take years to get a referral done. Waiting time is above 2 and half hours

When you phone to get an emergency appointment nobody picks up the phones it just rings and rings. When they answer they say there is no emergency appointments left, go to the emergency clinic on Oliver Road. If you get an emergency appointment you are kept waiting for 2 hours. My appointment was at 4.50 I got seen at 6.45. All the emergency patients were fed up. I have been with this surgery for 20 years. It was okay until they got Dr Hayats patients. They cannot cope with the extra patients. A number of excellent staff have left recently.

Dr Asubiaro and Dr Fernandes are both caring and professional. Highly recommended the only issue being long waits for appointment. Need to open maybe on saturday also and provide a blood testing service by appointment.

It is a nightmare trying to make an appointment or getting the results of a blood test because of the unhelpfulness of the receptionists. I do understand the difficulties that GP practices are experiencing nowadays but the I do not see the need for receptionists to be so uncaring and so unpleasant towards a patient.
