Rude arrogant and obnoxious staff. The Doctors are great however the staff at reception really need someone to have a word about how they treat people. It’s like they relish in the fact that they are in a position to help you but don’t want to. Everytime I have visited it’s always been the same and the moment you speak to them in the same way it’s unacceptable behaviour. Sort out your attitude as we’re only there as we need not for fun.
