There is an obvious huge demand for services offered by the practice and as such,there are usually very long telephone queues before you can speak to a receptionist and by this time your GP would have no bookings available for the day. It would be convenient for patients if consideration be given for bookings to be made in advance. This will help to reduce the long wait for scheduling appointments.

The doctors at the practice are very professional, thorough and makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions. I am truly thankful for the service provided by Doctors Nadia and Rosie.
I also wish to acknowledge the receptionist team for the exemplary customer service I've received. In particular, Nurgess. She has proven to be very efficient, reliable and patient.
