I am amazed and surprised this surgery hasn't been closed down, due to the lack of patient care. You can never ever get an appointment when you ring, and told to rock up at 8 am like everyone else. Yeh great advice when you have 3 young children, and you're unwell. This isn't like a doctors surgery at all, no sense of caring for patients is evident at all. I've lived in many other countries, including India, and The Limes is by far the worst. A 1 out of 10. It should be closed down asap. It's scary in 2020 to think a surgery like this actually exists.
