A great surgery with great people ... however the major downfall is the way you have to make appointments. It is not easy when working to phone at 8.30 ( which often means a 20minute plus wait to get through) and then to make an appointment the same day. There should be the facility to make appointments up to a week ahead and it would be very beneficial if the surgery opened some evenings and on Saturday's .. I understand this is a cost issue so it is on my wish list!! But well done on all you do
