3 days trying to get an appointment, always told there’s none left , ended up calling 111 and going to A&E . Supposed to go to go to get follow up tests for heart , diabetes and kidney function . Medication given to me by A&E doesn’t agree with me , I call go for appoint and can never get through , always engaged until all appointments are gone. Told to come up next day and queue outside from 8 o’clock. Explained to receptionist about A&E , blood test , medication and supposed to see gp she just repeated come up and queue tomorrow. So you end up queueing outside with dozens of people in god knows what weather and are given appointment hours away so you have to leave and return again .
I want to find another practice.
