I am very happy with this surgery and think the doctors are fantastic and the majority of receptionists and very pleasant and friendly.
My only complaint is on the odd occasion that I am in the waiting room, the statistics appear on the communication board regarding the number of appointments that people have missed and not had the courtesy to cancel.
However, having just spent 27 minutes trying to get through to cancel an appointment, I think this could be the reason that so many are missed. I am off work today but if I was at work, I wouldn't have been able to spend that amount of time on the phone just for a cancellation and think this whole process should be reviewed.
