Tried every morning to get through on the phone and recording says there's "more than 30 in the queue" (if you ask for a call back all appointments are gone by the time you get it) Waited 30mins again to be answered and I'm only allowed another telephone consultation which I had last week and its not even with a Doctor, fobbed off with painkillers which I cannot tolerate, so the whole cycle starts again. Terrible system. I'm in so much pain, off work and I'm waiting for yet another phone call from someone who won't even be a doctor.

Suggested improvements
Answered call much quicker, 30 mins on hold is ridiculous. Especially when there's no appointments.
