Have been with the Limes medical centre for over 20 years. Have seen many changes, both staff and operational. For the first time I'm seriously looking around for a new practice. Only 2 doctors available for this large practice. And today my husband booked an appointment , was extremely surprised to get one within the week. You may think great, but, and there's always a but, phone call at 7.30am to say because of the reason for the appointment that my husband had put on Web booking form he had to see another Doctor! Didn't realise each Doctor had a specific area of expertise. Now we have found out that this is incorrect , one Doctor is off ill. I totally understand but for goodness sake treat the patients with some respect and tell the truth.
