Firstly to get an appointment at this surgery is like trying to find a snowflake in the desert (virtualy impossible). I was speaking to the receptionist about a problem that i was expieriencing. She needed to look at my records on the computer for this, when the cleaner came behind her and quite openly stood there reading what was on the screen about me. When I asked her not to do this she was EXTEREAMLY rude to me. I thought this was meant to be confidential but evidently not. I am extreamly concerned that she is allowed to stand and listen to conversations between staff and patients too. I find a majority of the staff are very helpfull indeed but there are a few who think that to help you is more than they should do. Dr Garsed and Dr Jeynes are Drs that i can highly recomend should you decide to join this practice.
