I'm getting incredibly distressed by this surgery - I used to be able to get appointments fairly easily, but the new rule about them being booked on the day is a nightmare, particularly when I'm ringing in and being beaten to appointments by people walking in to the surgery, which just isn't an option first thing in the morning for me. I have needed care for a short while now and feel seriously let down. I will be finding a doctors with pre-bookable appointments now, I can't keep jeopardising my health because of arbitrary rules about walking or ringing in to book an appointment. This is so disappointing when I've previously been so happy with my care here.
