I would be happy with my care if I could actually get an appointment. Called today and was told there were no appointments for my requested doctor. I said can I book with another doctor? Which I was offered 10.40 on Tuesday which was not convenient as I work full time. I asked for any alternative which I was told none were available. So what do I do now??? I thought I would at least be able book an appointment in the next couple of weeks as it is not an emergency and I was prepared to wait but to be told nothing is available at all is unacceptable. After being with the surgery for the last 14 years I don't see any other choice but to find an alternative surgery as the appointment system being run is a shambles to working people.
