One receptionist is great, all the others are rude, lazy, do not listen to patients and need a lesson in basic customer service and how to speak to people with respect.

I have never experienced anything as unhelpful as this surgery. The reception staff are totally unkind and it's as if we are a nuisance! I do not want to tell a receptionist my life history. Getting through the phone is a joke! You could die before you get seen. I abhor this surgery.

The Lakes Medical Practice can be summed up as 'Practice Makes Perfect'.
All patients at the Lakes practice should realise how lucky they are to be at the Lakes practice.
Everyone from the doctors to the admin staff do their absolute best to provide a professional, friendly, efficient and effective service.
