Had call to collect a script and sick note today so nice to see a smiling face in this day and age
Helpfull and professional staff at the front of house
I think half the people in the world don't know what the reception staff have to do
Please keep up the good work
A day without a smile is a day wasted

Trying to get an appointment is like getting blood out of a stone! Pre-bookable ones are for about 3 weeks ahead! Phone on the day ... be prepared to wait for over 20 minutes to get through!! This will only get worse!

Dr luu is very understanding listens to patients nothing is to much trouble she explains your problems so you can understand she is a great Dr as are the other Drs at the surgery

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS SURGERY FOR 25 YEARS AND HAVE FOUND ALL DOCTORS,NURSES AND ALL OTHER STAFF TO BE TOTALLY PROFESSIONABLE AT ALL TIMES.
