Took 5 weeks to get a face to face or 4 weeks for telephone appointment. I took the telephone appointment which then resulted in a face to face that same day, so in effect I took 2 appointments which seemed non sensical to me.
However once I got the consultation the treatment both clinical and personal was excellent . GP listened, was very informative and explained everything clearly.
Suggested improvements
Just a review of the appointment system, as explained above, I ended up taking 2 appointments in one day.
