I went online to the surgery appointments form, filled in the details of symptoms (easy to use website). I was then phoned back, by the very helpful reception within the hour and booked in same day on the duty doctors request. Duty doctor was very thorough, reassuring and helpful. Thank you.

Only that I need to get a follow up appointment and non available yet.
