On this occasion, it was very easy and quick between calling and actually seeing a Doctor (Dr [name removed]).
Dr [name removed] was one of the most patient and helpful Doctors I have seen. He listened, advised and was very knowledgeable - it was a pleasure (after many disappointments at James Cochrane Practice).
Suggested improvements
On this occasion, there is not much that could have been improved.
It was like I remember going to the Doctors used to be 20-30 years ago.
I wish it was like this every visit.
