Based on my recent experience, what let it all down was that my appointment was 9.15am, yet I was 25 minute late in to see the doc, I was told previous client had been in since 9am and wanted to speak about several issues. This really needs nipping in the bud, surely if you go over slot by 5 min max, if more issues to discuss another appointment should be made. Some of us have jobs to get back to that's all and It affected my Whole working day and I felt rushed to get my appointment done in less than 10 min! Was happy with the advice and professionalism of the doc I saw though thank you
