I was sent messages telling me to book for certain treatments but when I rang there was no appointments available and they had no idea when they would have any more !
Eventually after consistently ringing and calling in at the surgery I got appointments but they're were weeks or sometimes months away. What makes it more frustrating is that the surgery is often empty when you do go whereas in the past this was never the case!
