My answers indicate that I am very satisfied with both my experience of visiting Helme Chase surgery and that of my husband, [name removed], which happened to be the next day. The appointments were on time, and all the staff were helpful and accommodating, both in their manner and willingness to answer our questions. My husband needed to be referred to hospital for further investigation. The speed with which this appointment was set up was pleasing because it was surprisingly quick! We would like to express our thanks for giving us such a good experience of the NHS at its best!

Based on my recent experience, what let it all down was that my appointment was 9.15am, yet I was 25 minute late in to see the doc, I was told previous client had been in since 9am and wanted to speak about several issues. This really needs nipping in the bud, surely if you go over slot by 5 min max, if more issues to discuss another appointment should be made. Some of us have jobs to get back to that's all and It affected my Whole working day and I felt rushed to get my appointment done in less than 10 min! Was happy with the advice and professionalism of the doc I saw though thank you

The receptionist was very helpful when I made the appointment and I didn’t have to wait too long for the appointment date. On the day of the appointment the receptionist was friendly and the doctor was great.
