I have had diarrhea for 7 days, so I called the surgery for an emergency appointment & was told that the local Doctor would call me. He never called, the receptionist called & said that there is a prescription for me to collect in the Dover town surgery.
I live in Whitfield so my surgery is the Whitfield surgery which was closed by the time they bothered to call back. I have never heard of a Doctor writing a prescription without ever speaking to the patient. I am new to this surgery &I am not impressed at all.
