Yet again they have mucked up my inhaler prescription and appear to be ignoring my local pharmacist’s emails. There is currently an amber cold-heath alert in place and therefore with my damaged lungs I shouldn’t be having to go out in the cold again and again to the pharmacists to find out that Dover High Street Surgery still haven’t sorted out my prescription GPs should be aiming for a positive impact on people’s health not negative. Once my current Inhaler runs out bizarrely the only option is A&E which is ridiculous and a total lack of care by the High Street Surgery.
Chelsea/Chelsey helped me so much in regard to my current situation. I registered with Whitfield Surgery around a month ago but hadn't heard anything back. Chelsea registered me on the spot and organised an emergency GP appointment for me the very next day. She is an absolute asset to the surgery and one of the best people I have dealt with NHS-wise in a long time. KCHFT needs more Chelsea's!
I had to do some samples and handed them in to be sent for testing and 2 weeks later still not had any update called them today and they said they are still waiting so the receptionist team are useless and losing the samples shows this surgery is not trust worthy
Following an econsult regarding a referral, I received a telephone consultation from a GP. He was very empathetic, listened to me and provided me with explanation of why I was like I am. In addition to the referral is also undertaking tests. I have always had a positive experience at this surgery. Unfortunately you always hear when something is bad but we need to highlight the good.
Big improvements at surgery trying to get booked in, very impressed with service now, and excellent girls on the desk now at last every thing spot on
