Over the past 20 years the doctors, nurses, specialists and non-clinical staff have worked as a very effective team, delivering the possible level of healthcare in the cominity. I appreciate the demands on surgery’s has changed and accelerated I’ve rthe decades I have been a patient. Howether, Hawthorns have shown to be proactive in dealing with these changes. I recently changed from private care to NHS mainly because of this outstanding level of care and have no regrets.
