What a fabulous service I received by Ruth at the Hawthorns. She always puts me at ease when I see her. She is friendly and professional at the same time. She really has a manner about her that you can talk to her about anything. She explains things clearly if I am unsure and makes me feel valued as a patient of the practice. Other family members have always spoken highly of her and I agree with them. She is a credit to the Team at the Hawthorns Surgery. Thank you Ruth for all your support and help you have given me and my family over the years.
