Opening hours: Surgery only opens when I am at work and provides no evening or weekend surgery.
Communication: poor. I had to phone 4 times to find out when flu jabs would start. the answer I was given was dates would be advertised in the surgery. This is no good to me as I can't get to the surgery easily. Nothing was posted on the website and there were no emails or mailshots.
Access: Could the surgery provide bicycle parking?
Doctors: I found the doctors I have seen unhelpful. Seemed more interested in cutting petty costs than providing patient care and patient quality of life. I also found one of the doctors had a poor attention to detail and prescribed the wrong items to me.
