Extremely busy doctors surgery. Appointments to see the doctor are not easy to obtain. You have literally call at 0830 to obtain an appointment suitable for you on that day. Unfortunately you can book appointments in adavance, which doesn't help suit busy work schedule. When you do get an appointment it's rarely on time; a 15-40 mins wait time after your schedule appointment time seems to be accurate.
The receptionist are never cheerful, they can be a bit patronising at times, especially when talking to someone who's first language isn't English. But they are in fairness very busy, they always seem to be do doing something.
The surgery in all fairness is probably struggling with doctor, patient ratio. But I hear more are opening in the borough that should take a load off.
