They try to think of everything to make it easier for the patient. The doctor I like to see can always be seen when I need it. I honestly cannot fault the service but I must say something...
The last two times I have visited, the doctor has suggested an over the counter remedy for my ailment. Being a pensioner, I would prefer, obviously, not to have to pay and utilise my free prescription entitlement. I don't know if they are trying to save money but that doesn't help me.
