1. I am concerned about driving access to the surgery along Boundary Road which is hazardous to drive along - huge potholes which are almost impossible to drive around. I am disabled so find the alternative option to park in the village hall carpark and to walk up the surgery not possible. Complaints to the practice manager and the county councillors (David Harmer and Ferris Cooper) over the last 2 years have produced no solution to this long running problem. 2. The GPs are thorough, competent, easy to talk to and demonstrate care and concern. 3. I appreciate the opportunity to re-order my regular prescription drugs and make GP appointments online. This is far more efficient for me and the reception staff. 4. I would like to see more engagement with the PPG - contact appears to be very sporadic, via email questionnaires and only one contact since the PPG was established. Maybe a meeting with the PPG may help the surgery staff.

I have been a patient with the surgery for over 30 years and nothing could ever make me change,I saw Dr Tobin and as always he never rushes you and explains everything, I can say in all honesty without his care and support following surgery for cancer (diagnosed by him) I probably wouldn't still be here! So yes he and the team at Grayshott are simply the best ! Thank you Christine Chapman
