Whilst I have always found the standard of the actual treatment excellent the Administration at the Practice is abysmal - they should look for a new Office manager/Administrator

It is becoming increasingly difficult to get an appointment.
There isn’t a choice of surgeries in the area.
During my consultation I became breathless.
I made a comment about this and was asked if I wanted to discuss my breathlessness or the problem I had made the appointment for, I felt this was rather taking the one problem, one appointment a bit too far!!

one area I would like improved is the toilet facitities, they can smell awful on occasions!
does the drainage need sorting?

Well done to all the ladies on duty today. Excellent organisation this Saturday morning for the Flu jab, plenty of parking available, ushered straight in to a room.

Very thorough and informative care for recently diagnosed diabetes (from Dr Lagan). Very efficient and thorough attention to our last minute travel vaccination needs.
