How to contact the practice by phone - sometimes up to 1 hour and repeat calls.
Very poor between 0800-0900.
Phoned 11 to 1 pm recently did not get always engaged.

The service is amazing and extremely helpful. The reception staff are brilliant and very accommodating. 'Becky' is outstandingly helpful and has done many run arounds on my behalf.

I went to the practice before 9am, as I could not get an answer by phone. I was seen that morning, by an experienced locum GP, in whom I could immediately place my trust. Rapid assessment, diagnosis and prescription led to a very satisfied patient.

The care is always good at the grange- Gp tend to make an awful lot of time. I have never feet rushed. I have always been able to get an appointment for my children.
