I felt as though the doctor was listened as well as advising. After having a few years of locums at the old surgery it felt good to be 'someone' a name and not another number on screen.

Doctor very approachable, friendly and calm atmosphere. Problem dealt with quickly yet unhurriedly.
No improvement necessary!

Staff friendly and polite.
Surgery too busy now too many patients, too few GP's, D.L.O's etc.
Not the fault of the staff.
Staff always try to accommodate.

My doctor is very helpful, kind and has been my doctor for twenty years, he is also very good when it comes to decisions and help about treatment.
The only improvement in appointment.

Had one part of my treatment - no problem. Waited over half an hour for the next part. When I queried with reception how much long I would have to wait, I was told the person involved was not in that day so I would have to make another appointment for a different day.
Why could I not have been told this when I booked in? I had already had my arranged appointment changed.
