They have a "triage" system now that you have to tell the receptionist what is wrong with you they no longer give appointments? You have to wait up to all day for them to call you back this will be any doctor not your own, if that doctor thinks you need to see someone they will then put you back to reception & book you in. The main problem is it's a small doctors surgery with over 14,000 patients & they cannot cope with this. I have been with this surgery for many years now & this new system is very poor & embarrassing to have to tell someone with no medical training what is wrong with you? I think that this breaches patient confidentiality so the staff at reception can tell who they like all about you & your problems. If any other doctors had the space near me I would move but unfortunately we are very limited in that sector in my area.
