The receptionist, a man, don't know his name but he was so rude on the phone it's put me off from ringing if I'm going to get that kind of response when I get a answer I'm not going to want to do so. Every time I ring I never can get an appointment even if I say it's important and majority of the time it's important otherwise I wouldn't call. I have also called them in the past for appointments for my little girl and it's definitely important when I call about a 7 month old baby and can't get appointments it's ridiculous !!!
