Pre Covid it was becoming increasingly difficult to see your own doctor OR in fact any doctor. Now with their rubbish triaging system getting to see a doctor or even speak to one is IMPOSSIBLE!!
I have thrice requested to either have a face to face or telephone consultation my doctor in the last 18 months, twice been passed to a nurse who on both occasions has said "I don't know why they have placed you with me" well you ask them!! I requested to see my Dr!! This time I have had a headache for several weeks as I could count the headaches I have suffered over my 62 years I requested a Dr consultation, unfortunately I did say I wondered if it was related to the statins I have been on for about 4 months. What do I get a call from a lady whom I think was the person responsible for issuing prescriptions!! Choice either stop taking the statins for a while or change to another type!! So, they have assumed that it is definately my medication causing my headaches, general lethargy and tiredness!!
Patient care APPEARS TO BE TOTALLY LACKING NOW!!!
